Reviews: Quoted me one price and raised it over 200% when I actually came in AFTER they did all the work! So I couldnt back out...! From my understanding this is a very shady owner. Unfortunately many other Liberty Tax offices are being stepped on because this guy is ruining their names! Do yourself a favor...visit the Liberty Tax in Shorewood or by the Louis Joliet Mall. DO NOT visit the four locations listed in Joliet - youll be sorry!
