Reviews: We received a phone call from Wells Fargo in regards to re-writing our mortgage. We told the person that we would be interested only if the interest rate could be lowered and we could reduce our monthly payment. During this economy we are trying to reduce our expenses. We were told if we wrote a 15 yr. mortgage we could do that but it would cost another 250+ per month. We declined. I was then transfered to another person who insisted this is the right plan for us and would 200.00 per month really be an issue with our budget? It is not her business what our budget is. She would not listen. This is the same problem that got a lot of people in financial trouble. They need to listen to what the customer wants not what they want to sell. Wells Fargo is the most unprofessional office to deal with. This person would not listen and my husband actually had to hang up on her to stop her from talking and telling us what she wanted to do. My husband kept saying to her youre not listending to me and she kept rambling on. Rudely. We have the two peoples names we spoke with. We can supply them to Wells Fargo if needed.
