Reviews: My partner and I recently opened an account with this bank and found the process to be painless and the employees there professional and respectful of our time. They disclosed everything possible about banking with them how their deposits work etc. They even tried to up sell us on setting other types of accounts but we didnt feel pushed or bulldozed about it. And our interaction with their call-center people has proven stellar. We are happy we have chosen to bank with them and probably wont go anywhere else for our banking needs. P.S. We were so pleased with the service I sent a thank-you e-mail to the supervisor of the employee who set up our account. The service was that good!

Reviews: This is by far the most rinky dink poorly run financial institution I have ever dealt with. The phone system is that of a primitive answering service unable to do anything except leave you on hang up. The employees are friendly however lack any knowledge or experience! I will not be surprised it they go under in the near future.
