Reviews: I have been looking for a home to suit my family and income. It seemed very impossible in the beginning until I was referred to loanstanding by my sister because of her past experience with them. When we finally found a house that I wanted and suits my family we made an offer and we were given only 30 days to close the escrow. During those 30 days we had to secure a loan that I can afford. With the price of the house and my income it was very difficult to meet all the requirements and I was ready to give up. But the people at loanstanding made everything seemed easy and feasible. They were very professional yet friendly. Now I am living in the home of my dreams because of the people at loanstanding. Im forever thankful to them. As they advertise they have Outstanding service

Reviews: As far as banks go they are not bad. I can usually call and get disputes resolved over the phone. We have our home and business accounts there for over 15 years. We used to have a home equity loan also. Maybe Ive just been lucky but they have been great to deal with.

Reviews: Ive had a real bad experience with TCF Bank. Ive had to go to two different TCF branches and called the 1-800 three times in order to reverse fees that they charged me for after I supposedly closed my account. They will try to charge you fees AFTER you close your account - which will reopen the account. Then its up to you to track it down and get it fixed. Then they will keep refering you to a different branch or the 1-800 number like they are doing to me.
