Reviews: Couldnt find my branch listed 1201 Carrollton Ave. I set up a new checking account with Will (I think I recognize him from the MacDonalds drive through last year. Perhaps he should tone down his career aspirations) Will failed to mention that Fidelity places a 5 day hold on ALL deposits for the first month of your account activity. This means that they HOLD your money fro 5 days AFTER your deposit has cleared. Since when do banks have the authority to place an arbitrary hold on YOUR money for no valid reason. I havent even used the account and Im looking for another bank. WATCH OUT!

Reviews: I would not recommand anyone to bank with united bank and trust on Canal in New Orleans. They are very unprofessional and the rates are ridicules. I wasnt treated like a customer. The loan officer gave me wrong information as if he didnt know his job. It was a detrimental experience. They should change their name to UnitedTrust Finance Co.

Reviews: I was also disappointed with this bank when they conveniently failed to send me anything on applying for the e-statements (which was a stipulation for receiving the interest). The confusing part was that I was receiving emails and didnt realize there was an additional hoop. I initially thought I was just going to receive statements through email instead of paper mail. I was shocked to realize that I did not qualify for the high interest rate that month when I worked very hard at meeting the other goals. I called several times to have the situation rectified but to no avail.
