Reviews: Beware of the company and read the contract they will try to change the term of the loan at closing for those who said it was great go back and reread your contract. They wanted a ballon payment after 15 yrears. I specifically asked for a 30 fixed rate and was told it was possible. At the closing the contract was changed to a fixed rate with a ballon payment due at the end. When I went to refinance with anothe company was told there would be a prepayment penalty.

Reviews: They seem unable to keep track of simple and very important paperwork. When they took over Downey Savings I was informed I needed to claim my account or they would give all my money to the FDIC. I went to my branch and filed a new signature for the account which (as I was told emphatically by the bank personnel) would take care of the situation. Months later I received a new notice that I only have 30 days left before the time runs out to claim my account or theyll sign over my funds to the FDIC. I cant accept such incompetence when it comes to protecting tens of thousands of dollars of my retirement funds. My account will be closed and all funds withdrawn from US Bank as soon as I can set up an appropriate rollover.

Reviews: Union Bank doesnt care about a certain population of our country. They dont care about the needs of our Speical Adults that have Autism or other disabilys. They dont care that they dont make much money & think that charging them monthly fees& having mimum balance is ok . Thank God fot Wells Fargo & thier team for understanding that even a $3 fee is to much & they dont require a minum balance.
