Reviews: Due to the fact that I live overseas it is hard to commit to a huge process; such as buying a house. First Freedom Mortgage helped me greatly through this process. I was in Orlando for only a short period of time and was trying to buy my first house there. When I found the house I wanted I had only a short period of time to get the right mortgage loan. When the loan started to be processed I had to go back overseas. I felt confident with First Freedom Mortgage and I trusted them to help me through the process. It turns out that they did more than enough. I know little about mortgages but I do know that it usually takes longer than a week to finish the loan process. First Freedom Mortgage had my loan completed in one week. I am so pleased with their performance that I wanted to recommend them to everyone. Again it was a scary process for me and I was fortunate that the process went so smoothly. Thanks again!

Reviews: My company used E*trade to place my stock purchase plan stocks in an account automatically set up in my name. I requested to transfer my stock to a different brokerage and they charged me $60. There was no information or other warning provided to indicate fees even when they called me to verify the transfer details. I did not even notice until I spotted it in my financial statements at the brokerage I transffered the stock to. I complained and they basically said sorry cant help. I wrote to management to the same effect. To add insult to injury they closed the account but my next round of company stock ended up in the same account anyways. Now if I want to view or take action with my new company stock they insist I have to reopen the account. Now I see warnings on my account statement about being charged $2 per statement mailed and $25 per year if I do not keep $25k worth of assets in their account. I hate E*trade. No customer service worth speaking of and endless fees. Never do business with them. Id give ZERO stars rating if I could.

Reviews: This bank is rediculously callous. There is nothing pleasant or personable about dealing with this company. They will go out of their way to cost you money. I put money into my account in the morning and paid a bill that afternoon. They posted the payment first causing me to be overdrawn so they charged me and then took it out of my morning deposit leaving me in a very precarious state. They have done this to me before and among other things they are quite rude. I am defiantly closing my account!
