Reviews: Im from the midwest and was vacationing in LA and decided to go to Hollywood. Luckily I saw my bank conveniently located on Hollywood and Western. Immediately when I steppped in I was greeted by a friendly banker and by the tellers as well. I figured being in the big city like Los Angeles that customer service was not the #1 priority but at this branch I felt like I was home. The person who seemed to be the manager even said hello as he was passing by me. Besides getting some cash I was given great advice on things to do while here. I love my bank and happy to know they always seem to hire the right people.

Reviews: We recomend all people be aware for this working guys they are so rude for customers and also bad service. one time we deposit a tax check 7-15-10 and they clear on 8-9-10 and that is a bad service and I paid late fee $200.
