Reviews: It is no wonder that National City is going out of business. I only started an account with this bank because Key is not located in Pittsburgh and I regret the decision to do so every single month. The tellers in my branch are rude and totally unprofessional. It also took me two tries to get checks from them who knows where the first batch was sent to. Finally I have a Diamonds Reward card that I used one time and paid off in full over 2 month ago. Just last week I got a call from National City asking for payments on the card. When I called them back and demanded for them to check where the transaction was from because I knew that my balance was at zero they told me it was a mistake! Isnt this done with computers? How can you make a mistake like that? Its such a scam. I cannot wait until National City is bought out.
