Reviews: Bank of America has been acquiring and merging with numerous banks and credit card banks solely in the name of gaining market share and outsourcing services only at the COST of CUSTOMERS. The customer service is going down the tubes and headed south. Their practices are very predatory and their attitude in performance is worst in the fear of losing jobs to India, Phillipines and Canada. One great example was a woman called Linda Shiver who describes herself as to (what you get in winter) and constantly talking over the phone with the customers and saying 'you did not get it your way' shows how much they lack in customer service. Her staff Valerie and herself were both so dumb and quick to jump on conclusions of charges and justify those that they were not even reading the accounts correctly. I hope they go back to school and learn what customer service is. I have closed all my accounts; I had 12-14 in all, courtesy or should I say (discourtesy) of LINDA SHIVER Manager in Brea, CA and MARIA ACEVES (her supervisor) having such an arrogant staff who probably deals with her staff with the same level if arrogance and ignorance in customer service. I hope the executive management knows what a LOUSY front-line staff they have in their Brea, CA call center. I am outta there. Certainly feel sorry for the other BOA staff who worked very diligently I have worked with in the past. GOOD LUCK - BANK of AMERICA. You go, acquire and merge with other banks and offer bad service to those accountholders...... you not only lose them, you lose your existing accountholders too. Thank you, SunsetInHawaii2002. (RAJ)

Reviews: I opened a custodian CD account six month ago at this branch. At that time, even though the banker was friendly, he forgot to add my son's name to the account. Even though he said he corrected the mistake and even printed me a corrected copy of the account information, six month later when I received our 1099, the account was still under solely my name. I called their customer service, they were not able to correct the probme for us even though it was their mistake. I mailed a letter to their headquarters, did not hear anything back. So, finally, a month later, I decided to bring my 3 month baby into the branch and requested to have the problem corrected. It's been a month now and my CPA has already completed our tax return, we still have not received the correct copy of the 1099.
