Reviews: One thing that they do not always tell people when opening an account is they are one of the few banks left were you still get charged for using your debit card as a debit card they call it a pin fee. They tell you to run everything as credit. What they dont tell you is if you like to pay bills in person many places will not allow you to pay bills (particularly store credit bills) on credit they will only take debit so you will end up having to pay the pin fee. It also means if you go go grocery shopping and want to get cash back you will have to run it as a debit and pay the pin fee. For people who use their debit card as a debit card this can add up fast. Very inconvenient!
