Reviews: Yeah right, the staff at this location needs to understand that they are in business because of its members, not the bottom line. My family have had problems with this branch. My sister made an ATM deposit without knowing the hold policy of ACU. After contacting the phone center which instructed her to go to the brach with her paystub showing the amount deposited, the supervisor on duty(not even a branch manager or ops manager) told her that she would have to wait and there wasn't anything he was willing to do to help her. Today, I had to make a withdrawal. I did have a loan payment that was due the day before, I was told that I couldn't withdraw the amount I needed for rent, although I do(did now) have direct deposit. ACU was a financial institution that I would have recommended about 5 years ago, however, ACU have grown so much, it seems more interested in becoming more like a bank and less than what a Credit Union stands for, Members helping members.

Reviews: I wanted to call my local branch to ask if they have a notary public. There is no way to contact them directly. You must go to their computerized 800 number and give them your account info or social security number. You also get to wait over 15 minutes (at least because I can not wait any longer). The only reason I have stayed with them is because everyone else has already left the bank in my town and there are no lines.
