Reviews: Without doubt the worst on line banking system of the 5 credit card companies I deal with. It does not matter if you start all over begin from the first time you opened an account who you deal with in customer service or anything else you can do. It confounds me that if I call the customer service department and want to make a payment they CAN NOT do it for me even if I give them every piece of information of the number of checking accounts number of savings accounts number of credit cards what name I have on each card the number of each card the security number of each card the checking and saving accounts numbers or ANYTHING including security question answers I have filled out from time immemorial. They call you and offer a rate then send you a notice that rates are increasing when the rate was for the duration of the balance transferred. The levels of bureaucracy are astounding and the run around never ending. All in hopes of getting that late fee or having to pay a bill at the bank for a $10 charge. Amazing!!!! Credit Union here I come.

Reviews: The new branch on Robb never deposited my Payroll check and I had to go to the original branch i opened my account with which is this one. The managers only excuse for my check not being deposited 5 days later... it happens Funny how it happens that people overdraft and were charged $37.50 but when we deposit a check and we have bills to pay and our account goes into the negative...... oh it just happens... This is rediculous and poor customer service.. whats worse is ive been with them for years and this is how they treat their customers?!?!? Meanwhile.. Im still waiting on my deposit! The manager Chris needs to be replaced with someone who actually gives a damn. Bye USBank!

Reviews: Friendly staff awful service. Everytime I bank here(which is 2-3 times weekly) someone is always very nice but it takes a minimum of 20 minutes to get through even the drive through. I have actually had to drive away from the drive through with only two cars waiting because it took OVER 30 minutes to assist both of the customers ahead of me. I always have a different teller and they just seem extremely unorganized and a little bit like they dont know what they are doing. Had a problem today with a deposit that somehow got mistaken for a withdrawal. The first time I called they said that the mistake had been corrected. An hour later I checked my online account to find that nothing had been done about it. I called this bank back for the second time in a matter of two hours to let them know that the mistake had not been corrected and was rudely told that it takes 20 minutes to even get ahold of the back office. Whatever that means? It was bad customer service in my opinion and had I known that this bank would have been such a hassel to deal with I would have opened up an account with Wells Fargo which is only a ten minute drive out of my way. Come to think of it I may be left with no other choice than to start banking with someone else because of the tremendous inconvenience this US bank branch has caused to me.

Reviews: Never a time when you dont have to wait in line. The drive up teller is so slow it must contribute to 90% of the Sparks air pollution! Tellers are never the same and the atmosphere is glum like the employees.
