Reviews: Whatever you dodo not use Washington Mutual for your home loan. They are your best friends until you sign the papersthen after everything goes wrong(their promises fall through)you cant get ahold of anybody.They are always out to lunch(at 5 pm).Its been 5 months and I am now fighting with their 1 800 #s.Nobody calls back. They were suppose to also do a home equity loan which I neededwhich I was approved for (before I signed the papers)then afterwards I wasnt. They have made the whole home loan experience horrible. I have felt like getting a lawyer to see where I standbecause I want to refinance with someone elsebut I have a bunch of money already involved with them.Ive left four messages in the past two weeks and still have not nheard anything. They are horrible and when I get time I will tell everyone in the Sacramento area about this . Maybe I should call channel 3.I just want out of my loan and all fees refunded so I can go elswhere.Stay away from them. This is my fourth loan and had no problems with other banks or loan officers that have helped me.I didnt need there help because everything went smoothly and all promises were kept.

Reviews: charged 220 dollars in overdraft fees which was not the case. they switch it around to make sure my debits went in before my deposits. very unorganised bank ive seen their tricks for a long time. being i have had a 37.00 charges before automatically i went from valued customer to hey you dont this before dont waste my time mentality from the manager. . manager at sunrise avenue in roseville. was rude and refunded only 70.00 . very untrustworthy bank. thanks for stealing a week of hardworking wages for your deposit switcharoo deposits overdraft scam.
