Reviews: I received exceptional service from the branch manager at SunTrust. I had a horrible experience with WellsFargo and I decided to have SunTrust intervene. The bank manager came directly to my home (50 miles away) to sit down discuss loan options and complete paperwork. I couldnt ask for someone more informative professional and who would go out of their way for a customer. I am very pleased and highly recommend this bank for mortgages and home equity loans!

Reviews: We just came from Charleston for our anniversary New Years Eve dinner. My husband said it was the best meal hes ever had. We both like to experiment and find extraordinary good restaurants. Charleston is certainly in this category. Weve been together 34 years and this meal was so wonderful. He got the 7 or 8 course meal with lamb and then veal. I got the oyster and then rock fish. Each came with soup salad and though each dish was small each was delicious. We like French restaurants and Northern Italian best because of the great sauces. The sauces with each dish at Charleston were so wonderfully tasty. The red wine recommended was one we enjoyed very much. I cannot say enough about Charleston. The food the service the ambience.....I guess you can tell we both appreciated it and will return. I dont think its casual or moderate as discribed in some places. Of course this was New Years Eve but even so this does not look like a casual dress place. And we spent with the tip a little over $300. but sometimes its worth it. This time was one of those times...a very satisfying and romantic evening.

Reviews: I used the same bank for the past 17 years. i stayed with them through all the buy outs and name changes. the reason i stayed is because the personel banking staff treated me as a customer and they served me. that all changed and i went searching for a new bank home. i found a true treasure @ northwest. the staff is incredible. the customer service is incredible. they know it is MY money in their bank. they know you by name. its a great place to bank
