Reviews: Customer orientation is absolutely lacking! There is no semblance of courtesy - it's almost like they're doing us a favor by talking to us. Lines take forever to move, and I had to literally explain to them how I was overcharged. Not a good experience.

Reviews: I generally don't write review but after the experiences I had with this bank. I just had to let others know how bad their service is. They call themself "Four Star" service but when I asked to make a copy of my check. They charged me 50 cents for one copy while Wellsfargo doesn't even charge a penny and this just one simple example. Their service is awafully bad!!! if you are a Merchant don't bank with them go to another branch!

Reviews: I tried a home equity after being a customer for 15 years. People working on my equity were habitually absent from work and will not communicate at all. The manager will delegate you to people that are unhelpful. The workers are cold and obviously all about money. I would rather go to another Wells Fargo Bank, or another bank altogether. Steer clear, truly.
