Reviews: my name is loraine m. bishop. I am exterem;y upset the my account my account shows my check for 126. 00 leaving .10 in my account I came in and put $35.00 into my account . I gought glasses for my grandchilden at walmart. Walmart said the check went through just fine . some one from bank of the west sent me a letter saying I would need to pay this check which had already cleared. then they charged me $155.00 I AM 67 3/4 AND i HAD ASKED THAT THE SAVINGS ACCOUNT BE CLOSES SINCE IT IS NOT WORKING FOR ME AT THIS TIME. i AM ON A VERY FIX INCOME AND i CAN NOT AFFORD THESE KINDS OF MISTAKES. PLUS i CARE FOR MY 2 GRANDCHILDREN. tHEY NEVER GAVE ME A DEBIT CARD TO PAY MY BILLS WITH. i AM GOING TO CLOSE THIS A CCOUNT tHERE ARE SEVERAL PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY KIND TO ME. Reviews: Possibly the worst bank we have ever dealt with. Tellers are uncaring morons. The bank manager Barbara Bran is an uncaring and inflexable individual who only goes by the book even when the bank is not right. We banked with B of W for years with no problems but moved to a new area and opened our account this branch...BIG MISTAKE!!! My recommendation for this branch is to RUN AWAY!!!

Reviews: This is one bank that I avoid at all costs. The people there are rude and ask personal questions that are not needed for banking. When doing some banking for my work the teller commented on the balance and make the comment of man u guys must be dealing something. What kind of bank is this??? There is one girl there with purple streaks that is pleasant....all other tellers STAY AWAY!!!
