Reviews: Bank of America has been acquiring and merging with numerous banks and credit card banks solely in the name of gaining market share and outsourcing services only at the COST of CUSTOMERS. The customer service is going down the tubes and headed south. Their practices are very predatory and their attitude in performance is worst in the fear of losing jobs to India, Phillipines and Canada. One great example was a woman called Linda Shiver who describes herself as to (what you get in winter) and constantly talking over the phone with the customers and saying 'you did not get it your way' shows how much they lack in customer service. Her staff Valerie and herself were both so dumb and quick to jump on conclusions of charges and justify those that they were not even reading the accounts correctly. I hope they go back to school and learn what customer service is. I have closed all my accounts; I had 12-14 in all, courtesy or should I say (discourtesy) of LINDA SHIVER Manager in Brea, CA and MARIA ACEVES (her supervisor) having such an arrogant staff who probably deals with her staff with the same level if arrogance and ignorance in customer service. I hope the executive management knows what a LOUSY front-line staff they have in their Brea, CA call center. I am outta there. Certainly feel sorry for the other BOA staff who worked very diligently I have worked with in the past. GOOD LUCK - BANK of AMERICA. You go, acquire and merge with other banks and offer bad service to those accountholders...... you not only lose them, you lose your existing accountholders too. Thank you, SunsetInHawaii2002. (RAJ)

Reviews: This is the worst loan experience of my life. I dealt with Larry Bullock who kept trying to get me to cash out more of my homes equity. I only got what I needed and utimately was sold a loan completely different from what he had communicated. Now with the collapse of the housing market, I couldn't sell the house for what it's worth and the loan is interest only with a balloon which I specifically said I DIDN'T want. This company is slick. Beware of what you sign. I am filing a formal complain with the CA Dept of Real Estate.
