Reviews: I love going in there. I walk in and Elies knows me by name how much more personal can a banker be? I rearly have to wait in line and everyone is always nice. There is a play area for kids that could use some more donated itams.

Reviews: Terrible experience with a bank! I kept incurring overdraft charges because I was never told that a cash deposit did not post immediately. I kept depositing hundreds of dollars and then used my debit card. Never did I expect that a cash deposit was not immediately posted. After incurring hundreds of dollars in overdraft fees I closed the account. This happened about 3 years ago but I couldnt resist warning people when I saw that I could write a review. Be careful!

Reviews: I went to the US bank in Safeway on Thornydale to open new accounts. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I opened three different accounts in less than 20 minutes. They are open 7 days a week and dont charge me for using other banks atms. I got a free visa checkcard and no minimum. They dont have alot of locations yet but the service and online banking are outstanding.
