Reviews: I made a deposit on the 24th so that my loan payment on the 25th would come out automatically. Made the deposit via cash advance on a debit card with plenty of funds available and explained to the teller why I was depositing. Today I was told the funds were not deposited until the 26th--two days later--despite my receipt to the contrary. Was given several excuses: if deposit is made after 4pm it is not credited until the next business day which they state is the 26th (Nothing says that on my receipt). Was not credited because I did not physically have the teller hand me the cash and then physically give it back to her to deposit (Ridiculous! Do they make up these rules as they go along?). If you love to be treated like a number if you love it when your financial institution calls you periodically to ask if you are satisfied and then the employee is blatantly lost as to what to do when you complain if you love being forced to do what your bank wants and love not having options if you love to be helped by employees who have very little job training if you love to have rules made up and thrown at you and if you love to bank somewhere that tells you to call three different phone numbers to get an answer because the right hand department in Alabama doesnt know what the left hand department in Tucson is doing--go bank at Compass. Youll be so happy. I hate this bank have hated them ever since I got my loan with them and was told automatic payment would be set up but was not and apparently they dont even have the ability to set up the automatic payment in the manner in which it was offered to me (Why offer it if you dont know what you can and cant do?). I will continue to tell everyone I meet or know not to bank there.
