Reviews: I moved to Ventura a year ago from New York. I went to the Ventura County Center Branch to open my accounts. As I walked in the branch I was greeted with a warm smile and immediatly directed to a banker David Bautista. He was very professional and very knowledgeable, not to meniton handsome too. All the bankers and tellers know me by name which makes me feel appreciated when I walk in. Kudo to Wells Fargo!!

Reviews: They offer excellent rates compared to WFB, Countrywide, BOA, etc. There customer service is decent but tends to get tied up near the end of month but we did close on time. They forgot to mention a discount for autopay and how to enroll in an impound account... we've gone to them for previous loans and their rates are always very good. Holly was wonderful - she is the assistant for one of the loan agents. We'd get future loans from them.

Reviews: I have never had a more difficult time getting an answer from any company. The automated phone system is a joke. The website will not allow us to make changes. The branch office provides the absolute slowest service possible. It took us well over 2 hours to add my wife to my checking account. I could get the same serveice by stuffing my money in a can. If I could give wamu -star I would.
