Reviews: Have been banking with these people forever....probably 20 years or so. Recently was duped by an online shyster. Some company claiming to be affiliated with Google Ads said they were charging $2 for the download of some PDF files that would show someone how to insert ads on their website to make money and they wanted your credit or debit card to pay for this $2. They turned around and started charging $80/month for a subscription. If there was any small print notifying a customer of this it was VERY tiny! I never saw any. Bottom line...I explained this to Wachovia. And they did not care. They would NOT stand up for their customer. They refused to refund the money. And this is why the online fly by nights/dupers can get away with what they do. The banks in whos hands we entrust our money would put these dishonest exploitive people out of business if the banks would only do what IS RIGHT. Or do for others what they would want done for them. Like Cain said Am I my brothers keeper?

Reviews: My tax guy was Roy. He was unfriendly and acted as if he hated being at work. Basically he should have worked at the DMV. My wife and I used H&R Block before but were audited due to a mistake they made and therefore were trying other places and boy did we choose wrong. We paid extra to receive out taxes in 9-15 days. We counted down and then called them then were informed we had 6 days left since only business days were counted. Then they said to include 1-4 days for the bank to accept the check none of which was mentioned while we gladly handed over our money. My wife and I depended upon that money to buy some badly needed things for our home and for our son. But we STILL have yet to receive the check. DO NOT USE LIBERTY TAX. They are horrible and just like every money-hungry company out there.
