Reviews: This place was absolutely awful. I went there for a loan and they first told me it would only take an hour and it end up taking two weeks and still no loan. No due to my credit but due to their ignorance. They dont know what they are doing they tell you one thing one day and another a different day. If i wanted to be updated i had to call multiple times in a day. They were not helpful, not pleasant, barely spoke english and knew nothing about how their company works. In closing i would never recommend this credit union they are growing so big that they could careless about their customers either welcoming new ones or retaining the ones they have,

Reviews: Like sarcasm? Please read the following... Except for taking 3 weeks to not process a home loan and Well's Fargo using an appraisal on a home in a different city and a title with someone else's name on it, I didn't have any issues. In fact, I called to complain to the assistant manager, who only identified himself as Jeff which I find very professional, and he assured me the branch would be closing in fifteen minutes and they were to busy to help me at this time time. When I mentioned I was dissatisfied with the lack of customer service Jeff said it was ok to call the corporate office and complain as it didn't seem to bother him. Perhaps tomorrow I can talk to Marilyne again and still get nothing solved. Of course a call to the 1 800 Wells Fargo number took ten minutes before they were able to diagnose the problem and order another appraisel on my house this time. I will say out of fairness I spoke to one competant person, I believe his name was Ken but I was to pissed off to remember for sure sorry, who did call me back and showed some empathy for my plight. I would love to give this Well's Fargo less than one star but there is no other rating under awful. Real names were used to identify those responsible for the deficiancies in the hopes that they may be held accountable for their actions or lack there of.
