Reviews: This is the worst thing that I have ever done and the emplyees at this branch is rude. When I took the loan out I was told that I needed to list three people that they could contact if fof somereason they could not reach me. In stead of them calling those people they went behind my back and looked up my parents number and called them. When I called the three people to see if Kevin had called them i was told that he had not. Kevin told me that if I ever lost my job to let him know and he would work with me. Kevin knew that I had lost my job and when he asked me how much I could pay I told him and he asked me for two times more than what I said that I could pay. So now my car has been reposesed and I keep getting things in the mail from them. If I had to do it all over again I would not deal with this comy.pan

Reviews: this bank will double charge for anything that is overdrawn and even add on extra $35 fees for fun i guess because what they explain to me is crazy. How could you get 5 overdraft fees three of then given whenever you still are in a positive balance!!! We are through with Wachovia. Theyve done this to us before but before they would take away half the charges. This time only one. But to me if only 2 items were purchased with an ending balance of 38.62 one of them 30 and the other 18 then one of those should had cleared. i am now stuck with $140 that I owe them for absolutely no reason. Thats all I needed to share with everyone. Thanks.
