Reviews: Arlene is a scam artist. She took advantage of a desperate young couple with an infant child who were short selling their house to get out from under the debt. She was the agent representing them in the sale. We made an offer that was accepted. However Arlene never submitted the offer to the bank. Instead she opened escrow with a phantom seller who did not even own the house in an elaborate scheme to line her own pockets with cash. Well it blew up in her face costing the buyer lots of time and money and putting the sellers right back to square one after 5 months of having hope. Then she had the gall to try to lure the sellers and buyers back in to another deal. She is an unethical self-centered scammer and criminal who will do anything to line her pockets with cash at the expense of those who have trusted her. She needs to be thrown in prison. Beware! To do business with Arlene Bell is to participate in a scam.
