Reviews: RE - mortgage loan avoid. I went to a mortgage broker to refinance my home loan. That experience was 5 stars. As expected they sold my loan. Amtrust acquired it. I called Amtrust 10 times on 5 different days calling early or late during their hours and I was stunned to here the automated voice indicate that my expected hold time was 80+ minutes each time I called. Twice I got back to the main menu and pressed some other buttons to get to an actual person but each time that person said that they would transfer me to that area but all they did was put me back into the never ending wait for someone to answer. 5 times I did not wait an hung-up. 3 times I put my phone on speaker and did other things while hoping it really wouldnt couldnt be that long for an actual person to pick up the phone. Each of those times after my phone indicated more than 90 minutes elapsed I disconnected. They allow you to fill out an email form to send them a message. I did that and after a few days they replied stating that I should call them. I suppose if you never need to actually speak to or deal with an actual person never need any actual assistance the bank may be okay.

Reviews: The New Charter Ones online systems are a pain. I enjoyed the guaranteed funds bill payment services operational downloads common sense tools (i.e. Accounts Rules and Regulations links not PDF). Although the new look is clean bright and green the system rarely works.
