Reviews: I would like to post a review regarding the way that I was treated as a customer by this company. You better think long and hard before allowing this company to loan you money. I purchased a truck last Aug.(2007) and was making payments of 400.00 a month and my husband lost his job. We filed bankruptcy in Jan. but he got back to work last week and we decided to come out of the bankruptcy I got the paper work on Weds. night when I got home from work I work 12 to 14 hours days so I had no way to call until Saturday. Instead of them taking the time to call me and ask me what was going on they sent a man who was a jerk to repo my truck at work instead of at my home and my drive way can hold 6 cars in it and the truck was the only thing parked in my driveway. I was furious this company could have easily kept me as a customer by making one telephone call.

She made me feel comfortable as we did business. She even returned my phone calls in the evening when her day proved to be too busy to do so earlier. No matter what our concerns were Patti would address each and every one. Patti is very professional knowledgeable and efficient in going about her work. She made me feel like a customer instead of just a number on a file. She worked hard to secure a good loan for us with a great rate.
