Reviews: I do not like this local lender why? well I paid this bank 390.00 to process a loan for me which include the appraisal to purchase a property located in my home town of erie pa. To make a long story short I was told they only accept application fees only If I could get past the prequalification. well I got denied and ended with a another wasted moment. This bank is only after fees nothing else to me the first phase should have been free
