Reviews: I have to deal with Old National through my business only. But what I have seen and heard from working with this company would sway me heavily from ever CONSIDERING it for my personal account. The two times I have needed Old National to go above and beyond they have failed. They seemed too preoccupied with the money coming in the door and take all steps to avoid any true service interactions on behalf of the customer. Very disappointed in level of professionalism at this bank.

Reviews: My wife had a loan with this business and had a terrible experince. With their office in Tillmans corner Alabama. Stay clear of this office . They still havent cleared the lein on her property and the loan has been paid off for 3 months. When we contacted them at their office they were not helpfull at all and had no documentation that anything had been done to clear the lein. When I went to their web site I couldnt even contact them through the contact us link. I will never do business with this company and wouldnt recomend them to anyone.

Reviews: This bank is awful!!!! They sent out these leaflets last april they said to let you know there is no holding time when you use your card! I remember leaflets stating a new privacy policy. I think they need to be more apparent in letting you know they are about to screw you over and take your money. Now the moment you swipe your card whether debit or credit if the money isnt in there they charge you 35.00. Even if you do it after hours. I made a gas purchase at 10:00pm on a thurs. Thinking I could make a transfer in the morning on Friday. I log on friday morning and was already charged a 35.00 fee. Its ridiculous and they said because they changed the law last april which is NOT true. Congress did not change the law. ONB is doing its best to make as much money as possible BEFORE the law is changed. My advice is to use your credit union or find a bank that isnt so greedy and money hungry!! Even if you use your card on the weekends (NON BUSINESS) you will be charged. They make lots of money this way because if you make a deposit over the weekend it doesnt apply and therefore youre still screwed. Money in isnt posted until the next business day money out is immediate. It all trickles down and the working guy ends up paying for it all. In July of 2010 they wont be able to charge you like that it just wont let your purchase go through. They will lose money on us! Better make it while you can ONB!
