Reviews: Most of the time they are ok, but sometimes the people they call over for customer service can make a mistake and then they don't want to back off their original statement and continue to give you a hard time about it. For instance I had a small christmas check from my parents and the customer service guy came over and misread BOTH names on the check and said they weren't on the account. I had to ex[plain to him he misread the names but he wouldn't admit that and continued to say he was doing me a favor by cashing the check. Very strange..
