Reviews: To shop for a home loan, most people want your business. I called this place, and it was like the guy didn't care, didn't want to quote me a rate over the phone, and didn't want to give out any info. Whenever I asked him something, he would pause, then say "well........ I'm not sure what you want...... There are lots of variables involved in a loan.......... You'd have to have to come in (said like that would be a bad thing).........We don't even know if your a good candidate or not." Then another long pause. Most places rattle off a series of questions: How much are you borrowing? How much is the house worth? How much do you make? What do you think your credit rating is? How much do you want to pay a month? I don't think this place wants to give out loans. I think it's a front for something else. They act like the last thing in the world they expect, is someone to call and ask for a loan.
