Reviews: I agree with the writer that said if I were in the city I would not need to transfer money but could withdraw it. I was told to mail or fax written request which is all right and I can appreciate the safety and cautious measures but it would be good to have a fax number listed rather than have to pay for a call to obtain the fax number.
