Reviews: Poor Poor Customer Service! 1. Went in to change an address on my accounts was asked to come another day they were busy am I not a customer..Hello! 2. Went to another branch to change the address 1 month later it still was not changed I asked why? Just didnt do it forgot! Guess the Yahoo Sports scores brought up on computer was more important 3. Went to get a cashiers check at 10 minutes before closing 4:50pm was told they were closing come back next day..states bank closes at 5pm on door! 4. Closed accounts they never asked for any type of identification. Closed them and walked away with money what if I wasnt who I said I was? 5. A month after account was closed a deposit went into it. I went to inquire why? Account never got closed somebody got busy and forgot! Must have been the text messaging!
