Reviews: WORST Experience ever. Mislead interest quote, closing fees - was told by person service costs would be adjusted and were not - totally screwed up mortgage and do nothing to resolve problem. Have have complaint with State Attorney General. Mortgage should have been $117,900 they have $118,047. Sold mtg. to Countrywide Bank in CA which does nothing to help. Am. Mtg. person does NOT return phone calls, no assistance at all in this matter. Took months and I almost lost the house because of the delays. This started Jan. 2008 it is April 2008 and still no help, no resolution. Would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Hope the St. Attorney investigates them and shuts them down.
