BUT WHEN I ASKED THEM FOR THE OWNERS PHONE AND ADDRESS THEY TOLD ME THAT I WOULD NEED TO GET A LAWYER FOR THAT INFO.

Reviews: On top of the fact that the owner/broker/sales agent has a recent rap sheet these people give you whatever the best quote is as far as their lenders will tell them and still give them a kick-back leaving you with a deceptive rate. They didnt call me back I had to hound them to get back to me on my quotes and they acted disinterested in what I needed. Very unprofessional. Go to someone with lots more experience and less record.

Reviews: Well seems like I am not the only person that has had problems with these guys.. their real estate division and a agent named Miguel after running me around for a two weeks he took the offer with less money I dont know about this guy but I will be reporting him to DRE. shouldnt these guys submit all offers to the bank and see which one the bank will take.
