Reviews: After being dissapointed with another mortgage broker in town my mom and I were referred to Colorado Mortgage Firm. Upon arrival I was greeted by a young man who was glad to drop what he was doing to help us. After making my mom and I feel comfortable he immedietely got down to business (I like that.) He was extremely knowledgable and professional and it gave my mother the feeling that we were in good hands. During the process our broker contacted us regurally via phone and e-mail (which is important for my mom who always wants to know whats going on) he was almost always available on his cell phone and the few times he did not answer he called back within One hour. He made a difficult re-finance look easy and closed our application within two weeks. Our broker was also respectable and pleasent to work with and I would refer Colorado Mortgage Firm to anybody. ~I hope this was helpful~
