He is very shady and operates out of his house yet comes off like he is a big mortgage operator when he cant get the mortgages done and custmers complain about his bad unethical business practices he tries to discredit them by spreading dis information. Stay away form Planco Financial Services PFS INc. and Chris (Christopher Polanco. We are tired of bad mortgage brokers taking advantage of customers and we hope that the state of Florida revokes his mortgage license as of now his company license is expired yet he continues to do business as a mortgaGe broker. BE WARNED AND CAUTIOUS PASS ALLOW TO YOUR FRIENDS AND COLLAGES ABOUT POLANCO AND ASSOCIATES. FRAUDULENT BUSINESS AND LOANS CHARGES FEES UPFRONT TO MAKE MONEY THEN DISAPPEARS FROM THE SCENE BY NOT RETURNING EMAILS AND CALLS NOTIFY THE PROPERTY AUTHORITIES ABOUT THIS UNSCRUPULOUS PERSON AND STOP HIM BEFORE HE FINANCIAL HURTS ANOTHER PERSON. IT IS A TRAGEDY IN TODAYS SOCIETY THAT HE IS NOT CHARGED AND PUT BEFORE THE COURTS FRO FRAUD. Reviews: I had 12 days to close my purchase because I had waited so long to find the best rate and program to suit my needs. I got to the point where I had waited so long that no one would do it without an exhorbatent rush fee. They didnt take advantage of me and they were ready to close with 2 days to spare. I even got a lower rate on my second mortgage than I had told I would be getting. The market improved and they passed the savings to me instead of pocketing it. This is a no brainer for me they will have my business as long as they are in business. Easy to get along with and they listened to my needs and concerns. They delivered better than agreed to!
