Reviews: This is no joke, and I have dealt with alot of bad business. These people there are the absolute worst business, dont even want to call them a business, that I have dealt with ever. They came to my house tell me I need parts, dont call me for 2 months call them, The lady who has a foreign accent tells me twice that she needs to talk to the tech who came out, they call me two months later after 15-20 non return phone calls and tell me they cant do anything because my warranty ended. My warranty ended 1/29/08 they came out 12/4/07 so it was still under warranty I explained to them along with and extended warranty. She swears up and down that she talked to frigidare and that they say I purchased it in 12/06 not 07. I explained to her that I was not even in California at that time, so she gives me the number to frigidare I call them up and they tell me that my purchase date is 1/29/07. They are liars, there techs suck and they will send you a bill and not answer your calls and keep telling you they have to chek with the tech. They are horrible their is so many appliances places out here that I cant beleive they are still available. I wouldnt recommend this place to My worst enemy, honestly.. I wish I could go off more but hopefully by now you have called someone elae. Already reported them to the BBB, Yes that bad....
