Reviews: I had an awful experience with this company. They were unresponsive and did not communicate well. The rates on the loans they got me were awful and I did not end up with the rate I was told I would have. I did not find out that the rate given was not the rate I ended up with until I was signing the closing paperwork. Their fees are also the highest I have seen although this is only the third time I have gotten a mortgage/refinance.
