Reviews: When it came time to buy my home I knew that Paramount Equity Mortgage was the right company. They did an excellent job educating me on my options and explaining everything involved in the process. Even when my realtor had a panic attack and acted like the sky was falling my loan officer made us feel completely comfortable. He did exactlly what he said and our loan closed in 11 days (our realtor said that was impossible). We got a 5% rate with very low fees. I even reccomended Paramount Equity Mortgage to a close friend and he just closed his loan last week. This place rocks. They were very professional trustworthy and did a great job. I went back and looked at the paperwork from my previous loan on our now rental property and couldnt believe how much we paid with some company that is now out of business. Paramount Equity Mortgage did a fantastic job.

Reviews: We refinanced our mortgage with Todd and it was a very smooth process. We compared his quote to the banks and credit unions and he saved us the most money and got us the lowest rate. How he did it no idea but I am glad we were referred to him. We are not planning on need a refi or a new mortgage anytime soon but if I had to do it again I would go back to Spokane Mortgage.
