Reviews: Multiple complaints in regard to this so called community buiness but the last straw was that an employee named JALINDA was SO openly rude that when I asked to speak to a manager about her and her obvious lack of knowledge/customer preformance that she then she hung up on me I redialed only to hear nothing but elevator music for 15 Mins after which the miserable JALINDA answered. She first stated that she did not hang up on me but gave my # to her manager then she did admit to hanging up on me and refused to let me talk to anyone else and told me I could close my account if I would like (HELL YES I would like to at this point) so yes I closed my account within mins the teller named WILL (no nametag had to ask name) seemed miffed about having to get up from his window seat and attend to a customer just kept sighing TINA the manager (WILL pointed her out to me) again no nametag never once approached me to voice her concern as to my dis-satisfaction just turned and walked off after asking WILL if he had it by the way WILL failed to ask how I wanted my cash and counted out shall I say many 100 dollar bills I aked for 20s at that time of which he retreived from the cash drawer put them on the counter and walked away very unprofessional!!!!!!!! and poor form on his part( what if it was wrong) and then waltzed back to his window seat along with the in-existant TINA. I then before I left the premises contacted K STROUD PRES and informed her of most of the above happenings she stated she would speak to her staff and that she was displeased with customer service to say the least. I reintrated that had it not been for the incidious JALINDA that things would not have come to this. BEWARE OF JALINDA TREAT HER WITH NO REPECT AS SHE DESERVES NONE.

Reviews: I have banked with Guaranty Bank for several years now. I always go to the Kearney branch which I am always very happy with the customer service their. So I went to the Guaranty Bank on Sunshine WOW what a different story. Went their to pull out a home loan for $40000. Which I had 50% to put down. They refused to give me a loan and did it with hate. They wouldnt even want to try since my credit is less than perfect which I guess 690 is less than perfect. So I would only recomend using Guaranty Bank on their Kearney Branch. And would not recomend them to ANYONE to get a home loan. This just shows how people are so different from the north side and the south side. People on the south side have manners.
