Reviews: This company has the worse customer service! You'll know it the minute you speak with one of the customer service reps. They'll most likely need to transfer four times before getting NO resolution. My second mortgage was paid off by the title company almost a year later and the company had no idea and even less assistance. One would think they'd take a look at the first mortgage -- see it paid off and satisfied. This company is ABSOLUTELY clueless!
