Reviews: I was hired by Brennan Palmershiem of Bridgeport Lending and his construction manager Gabe Houston to work at a property that was supposedly an investment the work was qouted at a price that they agreed to. It then took three months to recieve half of what we were owed and to this day we have not rercieved the other half (14 months as of 4-7-09) I was told over the phone that my work was done well and he was happy with it but it was his construction manager Gabe Houston and not Brennan Palmersheim of (Bridgeport Lending) himself that had otherized the quote so he has no intention of paying for it especially since the home went to foreclosure because he couldnt turn on his investment. Thats like the equivelent of a reetail store calling their supplier and saying that they arent going to pay them because their products didnt sell... oh and we are keeping your products to boot! The point of this review is to ask potential customers if they would want to live in a home that was aquired through dishonest business deals? Would you cheat or take advantage of the contractors who worked to build your dream home? Would you take the risk of putting your money into the hands of a company (Bridgeport Lending) that cant manage their own money let alone hundreds of thousands of yours?

Reviews: As soon as I heard the news A FREE IPOD I rushed down to Keybank DT vancouver. As soon as I walked in they asked if I was there for the IPOD. Of course I couldnt lie so i jumped up out of my seat and said yes. An account manager came and took back to her desk. It was quick and painless and I am beyond excited to receive my IPOD in 60 days
