Reviews: I am currently having problems with a transaction. A friend of the family made a deposit to my account and the deposit never made it to my account. I didnt think there would be a problem with the money getting to my account so i didnt verify. A week later i logged into my account online and i noticed it wasnt there. This has never happened before at any other bank location.

Reviews: Long wait at tellers line and good luck trying to get them on phone. Last time I actually called (2/26/08). I got customer service voice message that said The person at this extension does not actually sub. to this service. And I will not even get started on the home mortg. service people.
