Reviews: My son and I ate there once and I had a long hair baked into some of the chicken. I told the waiter who didnt care and he just took the plate away. He told the manager but the plate was already gone and she didnt believe me. I was really put off by this point and I havent gone back. Very poor customer service.

Reviews: Ive been to the Carrollton location 3 times all using a 50% off voucher for $50 purchased at the Cumulus website. Even using that voucher the food was extremely over-priced for the quality you get plus the tab for 3 of us with 4 beers STILL went $40 over the $50 voucher! Pappadeaux this aint. You are better off to save your money up and go to Pappadeaux for quality food. Oysters here are small and hit and miss. Oysters Dodie is good. Other menu items were so-so. This last visit the owner refused the voucher though his location was on the Cumulus site as participating when I bought it (checked again today and only the other 2 locations are listed for the latest voucher sale). All in all I wont go back. The food is just way too expensive for what you get the service is hit and miss the surroundings are dive. Id rather go to Pappadeaux and enjoy better food for less money in much nicer surroundings.
