Reviews: As difficult as I hate to admit that I have to borrow money sometimes I really like going to this branch because of their professional customer service. Everyone there is so friendly and it makes me feel at ease each time I go there. They are obviously naturally warm hearted people because they do their job very well but are also very easy to talk to. That makes a very big difference to me and gives me reason to always go back there whenever I need a payday loan or other services that they offer.

Reviews: Awful-awful-awful! I wouldnt allow this institution to hold a pair of worn out tennis shoes! I have never been so insulted and humiliated in all of my life. Since when in America has a valid (emphasis on valid) drivers license not enough (i.d) to cash a check? I THANK GOD I do not have an account with this particular institution...Im sure the other branches are not this bad...but this particular one seems to have hired every incompetent unerachieving G.E.D. certified miniority in the 4th district!
