Reviews: HAVE to agree with the two reviews. This is by far the WORST customer service I have ever endured! I too do NOT understand how this mother and daughter run a business. I called regarding an ad on craigslist and after a day of no response to the daughters # called Donna and left a message. Finally a few days later Amanda called me back and I met her at the apartment. I told her I loved the place and wroter her a check for the $30 application fee and faxed the application that same evening to ensure I would be the first to be considered and get the place. The ad said immediate move in needed. Days went by and I heard nothing. I called Amanda and she said I need to call her mom. I called Donna she knew NOTHING about my application so i refaxed. Waited 2 days. No response. I have called Donna 4 times. Each time she apologized and said she would call me right back. Each time she DID NOT! I emailed 2 times. NO RESPONSE. I could have moved in a month ago and payed her clients already. The For Rent sign is still up in the yard. I just do not understand these people. I have enough integrity to call people back and never in a million years would I recommend these flakey people. I know there are great Property Managment companies out there that would not treat people like this. Comment on Review Delete Review
