Reviews: I went into the bank to cash a check drawn on their bank and their branch. They tried to charge me $5.00 to cash a $50.00 check. I asked them why and they said it was just policy. It didnt make sense to me especially when I specifically went to the branch the check was drawn on. They proceeded to let me know that I could avoid the charge by opening an acct. I told them that with that kind of Customer Service I had better stay with Wells. I deposited the check in my acct at wells with no charge and available right away.

Reviews: I would give this negative stars if I could. They act in complete negligance do not give proper advise and the tax professionals specifically Collin Maria and the office leader Sharon dont understand how to do a tax return. In addition instead of saving money they made me overpay by $5000 (on an error I had to find) and then dont help to get it back. If you have about 20 hours to waste want to recheck their work want to be passed around to five different tax professionals who dont know anything and enjoy dealing with people with a really bad attitude then you should use them. If you want someone to actually do your tax return and who understands taxes then I would not use them!
