Reviews: I dont know if their branches are excellent or not. Yet I am sick of their VISA card policies. Never apply their credit card nor do balance transfers with their offer. They will make money out of you with their hidden balance transfer charges and special payment posting policy. I got hit by them so badly. Ended up after using their credit card for a month and in order to stop them making more money out of me I have to stop using their card. I have excellent credit and paid them off every single statement. However I learned a painful lesson from doing balance transfer business with them. Dont let their small benefit blind you! They will get you back big time. Not worth to have any accounts with them. I am boycotting them. Check out all the online complaint websites to read how bad a company WAMU is.

Reviews: They are rude and dont know how to treat people as the real customer service should be Its not just this branch its all of the branches I have to keep on going to different branches only because they all treat you like they see you if u are not dressed like u are someone important they will look at you like scum I have tried explaining this to even the customer phone representatives and even they are rude and couldnt help me out on my account needs. It is Wells Fargo !!!!! They are a really bad and unproffesional company. For those reading this go to Chase they will give you $100 if you get a direct deposit account with them I mean who is going to give u $100 bucks. Screw Wells fargo!!!!!!!!
