Reviews: Tellers at this location are very rude! If you have an account with this bank do not use this location. Youll be sorry you did! Trust me. The tellers there act like your inconviencing them by even walking in the door. And lord help you if you want to do more than one transaction while youre there!

Reviews: USE ANOTHER BANK!!! My partner and I just used them for a mortgage on a rental house for my family so they could be closer. Our lender (FNB) was aware of this as she was on everything we were doing. She even advised us how to do what at sometimes we thought was impossible. We had a hard time contacting them thank goodness for e-mail. Our lawyer and realtor thought they disappeared. After almost three months a closing was finally set. The day before our lawyer said it was off at this point nobody could get the lender on the phone. I went to the office the lady I call lender was not around lawyer had been trying to contact her. I finally got to a meet with a loud office mgr. I said I need help I do not know what the f... is happening very nicely not even shouting might I add it was not hurt fault and I let her know that. She immediatly blew up screaming about how bad I was treating her. I left her cubical since the lobby was full of people. I did speak with our lender who told me what the problem was. Why she did not tell us sooner who knows. That night at home I see she sent my partner a note and spoke with our realtor saying how I was out of hand in the office swearing up a store. Mind you I am a adult she said nothing to me and it was one swear word trying to avoid more stress not directed at anybody. But the office mgr went wild screaming. I called her and said why did you not talk to me I am adult and explained what happened she stated she was not there. Then why the e-mails?? She also explained that she does not need to talk to me since my partner and I are not legally married even though we both have gone through the steps together. My partner travels and would not be in town for the closing she earlier had him give me power of attorney ( I believe this lets me legally help him with this transaction.). But now since I am not a women and married to him she can not help me only him. I called the bank to voice a concern about how the lender and the office mgr treated me and ask why she with out being there would send out such a e-mail. I spoke with the SENIOR VIP of COMMERCIAL LENDING he is the top man in charge of the company he explained. He listened and then called me back. Here is what he said lender and office mgr are great employees with this company. Your not married and have no legal rights with your partner. Also he will make sure that FNB bank never does a mortgage with a power of attorney again or like ours. My partner must not care about the house since he did not care to come to the closing. My partner owns other houses travels for work and normally does not attend thats why we are called partners he has me I have him. As for caring he does thats why we are buying this house so my kids can live next to us. FNB knows that!! We are glad we have the house if the gay issue came out as a problem sooner we would have gone else where reminder this took almost three months. Why was the customer service so poor was it stress on there end or simply we are gay mind you only one person directly said this the lender we started with. The SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF COMMERCIAL LENDING just said she did nothing wrong sound like he agrees with his star employee. Please do yourself a favor we have many good banks in Erie check them out first and work with them I am sure they are open minded. It was a long hard road why in the end after it was done judge us. FNB did what they said gave us a loan so thanks from my kids and partner. I wish you could have treated our whole family with respect and not use how we live as a reason to not say SORRY. Customer service is this banks only down fall. Granted I only dealt with mortgage lender office mgr and the head of the Erie bank the SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT of COMMERCIAL LENDING. Look at he other review sounds like they treat customers like the employees.
